Today is the 1st day of my Industrial Tranning Programe. Reached early. Met up with Huimian and Gabriel at Yio Chu Kang MRT before heading to my workplace. It was a long long walk from the MRT. Well, I have to go through that long walk for 7weeks! Thank God.
Had briefing with the staff there and then settled some admin stuffs. Signing of documents and also making of pass. Had a tour in the building. It was a long long walk too! We covered all the 3 blocks.. Overall, the company is a nice and condusive workplace.
Havent really do anywork yet untill after lunch. Ouh ya! We had lunch at the canteen and then headed to the so called "entertainment room". There's arcade games, pool tables and also sleeping area. Isnt that cool! Haha..
There's some changes in our task. Supposed to handle the a Project(not to be revealed) where I am the Software Tester for the project. Basically we do test plan and testing of programmes and software. Instead, we have to do some content management for goverment websites. (not to be revealed). But Im ok with it. Itz only that it is so tedious and eyes are strained!
I hope this ITP will benefit me. So far it has. I learned how to use some portal and software. Looking forward for new tasks... =)
